By using DocsTo you agree to these terms with DocsTo.
Who you're dealing with
DocsTo is run by DocsTo. By using DocsTo you agree to these terms and are contracting with DocsTo.
Who can use DocsTo
You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
Your content
You own your Google files and pages. You give us permission to read and display them only to run the service. Only publish content you have the right to share. Don't publish anything illegal, hateful, or other people's private information. Don't misuse DocsTo: no fraud or spam, no infringing others' rights, and no attempts to break, probe, scrape or overload the service.
Our property
We own the DocsTo software, design and brand. You get a limited, personal right to use it while your account is open. We don't promise the service will always be available or error-free.
Pricing and billing
New accounts get a free 7-day trial for up to 3 pages, with no payment details required. After the trial, each page you keep costs $10 per month, billed monthly until you cancel. Pages you do not pay for are paused (made private and no longer updated) — we never charge you automatically when the trial ends. Prices are in USD before any sales tax. You can cancel anytime in your account; your page stays active until the end of the paid month. See our refund policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. If a paid plan ends, that page is paused: it becomes private and stops updating from Google until renewed.
AI assistant
The assistant only changes how your page looks. It can make mistakes — check your page before sharing.
Service changes
We may update DocsTo or these terms. If we make an important change, we'll tell you by email or in the app first.
Disclaimers
DocsTo is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, non-payment, or security and fraud risks.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
